The follow-up to World’s 50 Best regular Cosme by chefs Daniela Soto-Innes and Enrique Olvera, Atla is a casual all-day diner specialising in Mexican breakfast. In a light-filled, minimalist dining room in NoHo, the team serve beautifully presented versions of ranchero eggs, chilaquiles and quesadillas. Optional add-ons include sliced avocado, maitake mushrooms or an extra poached egg, and there are hearty Mexican comfort dishes such as chicken soup. Mezcal and tequila rule the cocktail menu in drinks such as Mandarina or Carlota’s Margarita.
