Cocktail Lobby is the house bar at chic Guatemalan restaurant Sublime, but this place is definitely worth a visit in its own right. A striking little bar, it has bright blue woodwork and abstract murals on the walls and ceilings, which combines with comfy seating to make an inviting environment for a drink or two. The adjoining restaurant also ensures that there's a wealth of delectable bar snacks on offer, including beef carpaccio with parmesan and truffle oil and mushroom croquettes with aioli, whilst the cocktail menu is short and sharp, with house-made drinks like the Esparame, mixing vodka with strawberry, ginger, spearmint and a splash of bitters.
