Exquisite cuisine meets gastronomic playground at Frantzén – the country's only restaurant with three Michelin stars and the brainchild of Björn Frantzén. From humble beginnings in a Lilliputian dining room, his eponymous restaurant recently moved to a three-storey townhouse in Stockholm’s Norrmalm district after closing in 2016. The concept is unique: each sitting sees 23 guests move between rooms and floors as they traverse his experiential ten-course menu – a journey which is replicated at sister restaurant Zén in Singapore. This hybrid Nordic-meets-Asian cuisine is driven by modern technique. Frantzén’s return is accompanied by it’s re-entry into the realms of The World’s 50 Best in 2019.
