A proper bartenders' bar, Gensyn has a little bit of a dive vibe. Its cocktail menu is really something special and split into two sections: 'Fresh and Easy' and 'Strong and Boozy'. The ‘Italian Milkshake’ from the former section has a cult-like following thanks to its combination of dark rum, mint, cacao, Fernet-Branca, ice cream, olive oil and salt, so that's probably a good place to start.
