The Pic family have been serving some of the best food on the planet at Maison Pic in Valence for more than a century. La Dame is renowned for fusing Japanese influences with the classic French cuisine her family is famed for. Look out for red mullet with Katsuoboshi potato stew and shitake mushrooms or Ibaïama ham scented with verbena and served with pickled with pepper and courgette.
