Lapped by the water of Lake Garda and shaded by camphor and olive trees, Lido 84 exudes classic Italian romance. Riccardo Camanini – who has previously worked with famous European chefs Raymond Blanc and Gualtiero Marchesi – uses creative cooking techniques to perfectly capture the flavours of the surrounding area. Local stracchino cheese and sardines create a pungent risotto, while raw mountain milk appears in fior di latte ice cream. Dishes from the ‘Oscillazione’ (Oscillation) set menu have a theatrical element, with chefs finishing them off at your table. Lido 84 picked up the World's 50 Best One to Watch Award in 2019.
