Inspired by his uncle’s 1980s beach parties, chef Ravi Kapur brings together fun vibes and flavours from his Hawaii homeland at Liholiho Yacht Club, even though sail boats don’t actually form part of the vista. Californian seafood leads the menu, with highlights such as tuna poke with nori crackers and yellowtail sashimi.
