From 16OC, the restaurant group behind other Chicago cocktail gems such as Longman & Eagle, Punch House, and The Promontory, the chill bar takes a no-fuss, everyone-is-welcome attitude. That mentality extends into the atmosphere, which straddles the line between old-school corner tavern and Midwestern supper club.
