The city’s first vermouth bar opened in 2016, catapulting its theme of low ABV drinks, as well as aperitif and cafe culture, to the forefront of Greece’s scene. Occupying a corner spot of a 20th-century building, this stunning bar has large French windows overlooking its terrace tables while inside verdant wallpaper, a golden counter and ornate birdcages bring together a fantastical scene that evokes travel and luxury. Drinks here focus on vermouth, pulling apart the complex flavours and championing the many varieties and brands, including Odori’s own. A complete food menu transitions the bar to part-cafe, part-restaurant, part-vibrant night out.
