Here, ambitious chef Marco Müller excels in recreating European and German dishes with a contemporary edge. Profound flavour flows throughout his à la carte and ‘Inspiration’ tasting menu. Regional produce provides the foundation in representative dishes like perch with peas, dashi and wild Mirabelle, grilled pigeon with redcurrant and mushrooms and lamb with elder, onions and barley. A modern, copper-clad dining room with a relaxed vibe provides the setting.
