Set within London’s NoMad Hotel, and in an old police station, Side Hustle draws on a number of influences to create a casual yet upmarket cocktail bar and restaurant. California’s Mexican influences play a part, particularly when it comes to the food and drink offering, as does the classic British pub. The interior features a beautiful marble-topped bar and comfortable booths. The food menu draws the most on Mexico for inspiration, with classics including tacos and tostadas. There are Mexican-inspired classics on the cocktail list too, but plenty more to choose from besides, from a list of NoMad classics and more. Perhaps the most eye-catching of Side Hustle’s drinks is the Tequila Mai Tai, a twist on the classic that’s presented in a metallic skull mug decorated with pineapple leaves and billowing with smoke.
