This glitzy 75-seat mezzanine bar with poolside-inspired cocktails is all part of the overhaul of Park Avenue’s Seagram Building by Major Food Group. The Pool Lounge takes the space that was formerly a private dining room overlooking the pool room. It serves up a smart list of drinks that amplifies one, star ingredient. The room itself is stylish and modern, remaining faithful to its original 1950s-era modernist design. Think a textured mother of pearl bar, tall back bar, onyx and nickel cocktail tables and deep blue wall textiles. This is seriously stylish.
