Some tiki bars are set in dark basements, with immersive decor to transport you to far off tropical places. Not this street level Polynesian-inspired cocktail bar, which is bright and airy, with leafy plants greeting you at the entrance. Not that the decor isn’t on point here – Waikiki is packed with colourful design and all of the tiki design touches you’d expect, complete with neon signs and a veritable boat load of rum. The Don Beachcomber-inspired cocktail list has all of the tiki classics you’d expect, accompanied by a fair few original creations too. There’s a themed food menu too, with burgers, shrimp tacos and more.
