Since its 2017 opening, Jazz Age-inspired gin bar Atlas (a World’s and Asia’s 50 Best big-hitter) has been breathing fresh life into the ground floor of Singapore’s Parkview Square – dubbed locally ‘the Gotham City building’. In a palette spanning copper through burgundy, the grand space boasts a spectacular art deco-style bar and a 15-metre-tall gin tower, housing some 900 labels. Try the signature ‘Atlas Martini’, a potent blend of London dry gin, ambrato vermouth, orange bitters and champagne vinegar. Non-gin drinkers are also well catered for, while an impressive food offering includes the likes of charred octopus and pasta with wagyu beef.
