Backdoor 43 claims to be the smallest bar in the world. True to its word, this place only has room for four guests. Yet jammed into this small bar is a plethora of personality, whisky bottles and vintage curiosities. It is essentially like having your own private speakeasy for you and three friends. Booked-in guests fill out a form of preferred alcohol, flavours and styles of drinks before arriving, and even choose their own glassware and music. When the bartender isn’t busy with guests, they pop on a Guy Fawkes mask and serve classic takeaway cocktails through a tiny window to passers-by on the street.
