From its first location in Melbourne to this second spot in the Basque seaside city of San Sebastián, Geralds has come a long way. The restaurant and bar has kept the original old stone, beaten copper and massive wooden beams lending it a settled-in, authentic look. With a strong collection of local wines, many available by the glass, as well as some French, Australian and Italian, the list is intended to be sipped alongside their traditional Basque tapas dishes, made up of the region's meats and cheeses.
