A luxurious townhouse hotel owned by the Prince of Luxembourg, and the Parisian address of the Domaine Clarence Dillon wine house. Chef Christophe Pelé describes his food at Le Clarence as French classics cooked in “an audacious, modern and devilishly seductive way”. His wood-panelled dining room overflows with Renaissance tapestries and chandeliers. At €130 ($140) the three-course lunch menu is a keenly priced introduction though the price jumps to €350 ($390) for the longest evening menu of seven courses.
