A winner of The Best Bar in Asia on the World’s 50 Best list and two-time winner of Asia’s 50 Best Bars, the softly lit space features olive leather banquettes arranged around glossy, well-spaced tables, with a raised marble bar presiding over it all. The menu revives forgotten pours using artisanal spirits and house-made ingredients. Nibbles are a delight (order the hot dog), while an adults-only Sunday brunch is the talk of the town: think boozy milkshakes, bespoke Bloody Marys and Billecart-Salmon champagne aplenty.
