Relocating from its former location marked by its art deco aesthetics and tangible Wes Anderson feel, this mainstay of Copenhagen's gastronomic scene has found its new home in Carlsberg Byen and has hit the ground running. Studio majors in modern Scandinavian food with an international edge. Led by chef Christoffer Sørensen, previously of Dragsholm Slot, menus follow a creative, light-but-intense philosophy. Representative plates include a pretty pea and mint tart, monkfish with sauce vierge and gooseberry pavlova. Mid-century furniture, clean lines and harbour views provide the backdrop.
