The place to go for Chinese fine dining in Singapore. Opened in 2002, Golden Palace is the only restaurant in the Crystal Jade family, which stretches all across Asia, to hold a Michelin star. Contemporary Cantonese signatures, like the crackling suckling pig roll with black truffle rice and chilled foie gras, keep patrons – mostly local families – coming back for more. It is also the only Crystal Jade outpost offering Teochew (a branch of Chinese cuisine created by Teochew people in the eastern Guangdong) dishes – yellow cream crab and sugar-coated yam are recommended. Dim sum lunches are also popular here. And the wine list boasts a long international selection.
