There are various influences at play at Daiki Kanetaka's cosy yet stylish cocktail bar, but perhaps the most prevalent is that of Japanese-style bartending and its attention to detail. It's secured a regular spot for D.Bespoke on Asia's 50 Best Bars list. Now in its fifth year, this Ginza-style bar also specialises in sherry, calvados, Armagnac and rare rums. As for the cocktails themselves, the bar recently highlighted the ‘Million Dollar’, with origins in Yokohama City in the 1890s, and incorporating gin, Italian vermouth, pineapple juice, grenadine and egg white.
