A gastro bar that pairs a passion for wine with uncomplicated French classics (think tête de veau, or calf's head, pork shoulder terrine and crème caramel). It is the love child of sommelier Anthony Charmetant and chef Mathieu Escoffier, who bring together years of experience in the wine industry and at renowned restaurants respectively. With a loose connection to the original Ma Cuisine bistro run by Escoffier’s family in Burgundy, the Singapore variant boasts a wine list just as extensive (more than 600 labels from all over the world and a cellar with room for 3,000 bottles) but with a more relaxed approach.
