True to its name, there are few times of the day when it’s not worth stopping by Singapore’s No Sleep Club. Swing by early for coffee, or later on to work your way through one the city’s coolest cocktail lists, compact and razor sharp, with a section dedicated to Highballs made with all manner of interesting in-house creations – carbonated honeydew or lacto-fermented plums, anyone? A quartet of classics such as a Pornstar Martini and Bloody Mary are reinterpreted and elevated almost beyond recognition, and there’s a properly cool wine list to choose from too, including a solid selection of orange wines. Don’t get us started on the food... There’s a reason – or many – that this chilled-out, contemporary spot is ranked No.8 in Asia's 50 Best Bars 2021.
