Hidden in Singapore's Chinatown, Operation Dagger has been creating cutting-edge cocktails that draw inspiration from the culinary world since it opened in 2015. Experimental in-house ingredients are incorporated into cocktails such as the ‘Harajuku Highball’, with distilled walnut, quince tea kombucha and smoked pear. The space is made up of minimalist decor and a concrete bar below a cloud of lightbulbs.
