Stay Gold Flamingo is the union of two titans: Jigger & Pony's (No.2 in Asia's 50 Best Bars 2022) former Head Bartender Jerrold Khoo and Bai JiaWei, previously of the acclaimed Employees Only Singapore. What this duo have done here though is something entirely new: created one venue by day and another by night. Flamingo is a coffee shop open from 8am – 4pm, whilst Stay Gold is a good-time cocktail bar from 5pm – midnight, kicking off with a daily happy hour from 5 – 7pm where a handful of cocktails are just $16 a piece. Flamingo serves a choice of low-ABV drinks alongside coffee, like the Pink Guava Bellini, which mixes gin, guava and prosecco whilst at Stay Gold you can go for something punchier, such as the Wild Fresh Sawa – a gin sour made with Yuzu, chamomile and home-grown basil.
