A relatively fresh addition to Hong Kong's cocktail scene, the latest bar from Antonio Lai of Quinary fame opened in The Pottinger in late 2018. To enter, you'll need a key card from ‘The Reception’, located in the Envoy restaurant on the hotel’s third floor. Once inside this narrow space, you're presented with the bar's signature ‘Invisible’ cocktail menu, consisting of drinks whose clear and colourless appearance belie their complex flavours. Try the ‘Vanishing Watermelon Martini’ and the ‘Gone Gimlet’ as an entry point.
