Contrary to first impressions, you don’t actually have to ride a motorbike to drink at THoM. This might be an actual motorbike shop, but it’s so much more than that too. It’s a coffee shop with its own brand of coffee, a menswear store selling exclusive items of modern clothing, a gig venue, a restaurant and a craft beer specialist. Crucially, it’s a cocktail bar too, and one that’s worth visiting even if you have no interest in bikes at all. The drinks list suits the rustic yet contemporary environs, with its exposed brickwork and heavy wooden beams – an accessible, unpretentious selection of twists on classics alongside some straightforward spirit-and-mixer options.
