This is a dark, atmospheric place with some serious culinary delights to discover. With renowned Mexican chef Enrique Olvera behind it, you can expect the food at Ticuchi to be stellar, prepared by chefs in the open kitchen of this cave-like space. But this has more of the feel of a bar than a restaurant, and the drinks are certainly up to scratch. Agave spirits are the main focus, with an extensive list of mezcals, not to mention more unusual agave spirits such as sotol, with an impressive selection of cocktails to match. These complement the food menu, which consists of vegetarian and pescatarian takes on Oaxacan cuisine.
