Fundador is the pioneer and creator of the brandy category, coming from the oldest bodega in Jerez, with almost 300 years of history (est. 1730). Since its birth in 1874, Fundador has become an icon and a reference in the world of spirits for its high quality, history and knowledge.

The story of the brandy has always been linked to the story of sherry casks. One cannot be understood without the other, as well as the brandy cannot be understood without Fundador. The ageing in sherry casks gives personality, character and a natural sweetness to the liquids.

The Fundador Supremo range; a new range of ultra-premium brandies, the result of centuries of knowledge distilling brandy in one of the oldest wineries in Jerez.

Fundador Supremo's smooth, elegant, harmonious and persistent taste comes from a double ageing process. First with a double system of criaderas and solera in which the liquid is continuously racked, and a second phase of ageing in sherry casks, old casks of the highest value that have been ageing Pedro Ximénez, Amontillado, Oloroso and Palo Cortado sherries.

All Fundador's products have been recognised in the most prestigious international competitions, and the brand has been awarded as the best fortified wine producer 2019 by the IWSC and received the Platinum Medal in the San Francisco World Spirit Competition.
